- Each year we participate in community outreach effort. It may be providing coats or distributing food or donating household goods and appliances or hosting community meals or handing out Christmas presents to needy children; but, we strive to share our blessings and lives with others. In recent years, over 6000 winter coats have been distributed, including 1500 to tornado victims in Joplin, MO. These donations have all come from our members, our neighbors and our local businesses. For more information, contact the church office.
- Each Thursday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., we host a free lunch in the Wilds Fellowship Hall. This lunch is open to the public; anyone and everyone are welcome. Contact person is Mackie Chesnutt.
- We provide personal care items for Senior Care Centers and Social Services in our public school district.
- Our facilities are home to several community-based services: Boy Scout troops; Circle of Life Hospice Grief Recovery; Mercy Medical Center Stroke Recovery; Benchmark Testing; Quilting Guild; Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University; and, we are a designated shelter for a local nursing home in the event of an emergency. Questions about these services or others can be directed to the church office.
