    Add videos to the application or form so you can include training or informational material in the workflow
  • Private or Public
    Make the application or form public or private for individuals to fill out anonymously or via a login

Approval Process

When multiple stakeholders need to approve and get confirmation and approval, we have an approval process to allow this to happen

  • Approve or Deny
    Set up a workflow to determine who in addition to you would need to approve the application
  • Select Stakeholders
    You can select one or many individuals to be stakeholders to review, edit and approve or deny the application from going to the next step in the workflow
  • Manage Workflow
    Determine if you want the workflow to be a simple signup process or if it requires additional approvals from individuals to review and provide their input
